Lets face it, I am no longer good at this. I come and go. I say things and don't always follow through. I used to love writing. I didn't really care what it was about, it was just something I enjoyed. I used to write letters every week. I used to blog more often. Now, lately, this past year... I have lost my desire to write. I sit down to write, I feel the urge, but nothing happens. I miss it. My life is a little upside down. I need to do a lot of prioritizing. I hope to love writing again. Until then, no more promises, I will continue to come and go. Again.

I have been here for two weeks now, and have just been relaxing at my dad's place. I have been feeling "under the weather" pretty much the whole time:(. Although he is off the grid, I do have 3g on my phone, and he does have television. I have had very very little motivation to do anything but relax. Wish I felt better!! I leave on Friday to Seattle to meet up with my love for his brother's wedding. Then on Monday we go home:). I am so ready!! I love being here with my dad, and really wish we lived a lot closer than we do, but I would just rather be at home recuperating in my usual surroundings and hubby to take care of me. Anyway, thought I would post this picture of a cool part of my poppa's yard. Unfortunately I haven't taken many pictures here, but maybe I will snag a few before I head out.

To next week when I will be heading out to California to visit my dad for 3 weeks:). I will surely miss my love, but we will be meeting up in Seattle at the end of September. I am super excited to get out there, last time I was there was Dec 2010 when we were still living there. I am sure a lit has changed and I can't wait to see it all. No big plans for any excursions or adventures, just looking forward to spending time with my pops and relaxing a little bit. It should be a good time:). I will hopefully be posting photos while I am there, but if not I will definitely be doing a blog post with pictures when I return to the east coast. 6 more days!!!

This week my husband started back to school. He has not been sleeping well at all, I guess just stressed a little about a new year with new students. So far he has left the front door open and almost burnt the house down, and it's only the third day. Ha! Thankful for where we are in life right now though. A lot has happened in the last three years we have been married. I love him.

I have some serious random fruit growing in my yard. Some in the back yard too. Apple? Peach? What is it?:)

IPhone has a blogger app?!? This could be an amazing thing:). I can now do short blog posts on the go?? Nice. I will most likely be posting pictures with this app. Thought I would try to upload a picture from today. Part of my lunch:-)

Eight months.  Really???? I can't believe I have been gone for so long.  My life in a nutshell since January: SCHOOL!ha!  Besides that, my personal computer has been out of commission, I have been doing some traveling, going up and down on an emotional roller coaster, not prioritizing my time, and have just been busy.  Good news:  I am back, and hope to be posting weekly from here on out, that is until I take my next sabbatical:).  February was a short exciting month!  My husband and I found out some great news that would forever change our lives that month.  We spent some time in Jackson Hole, Wyoming doing some snowboarding.  He had a few choir tours, and literally, the month was over. March was great!!  My dad was able to come out for 11 days to spend some time with me while hubby was out of the country.  We did some exploring around the area, watched a bunch of movies, laughed, ate good food, took pictures, and I was ev...

Been a while.  I think about you, my little blog.  I always have something to say, but you never seem to be at my fingertips when I need you to be.  I have missed writing terribly, but I am glad to be back.  Hope to stay on top of things more, but no promises.  Don't feel neglected, just because I haven't stopped by recently, doesn't mean I haven't wanted to :).  I have lots on my mind, and hope to get it out here, because after all, you are basically my "diary" :P.   Trust (again) Honesty (kind of like trust) Life---school, people, church, plans Respect...yep, that's a huge one...planning to write about RESPECT in the near future.   Just a few things that have been flowing through my mind a lot lately. Hello 2012!!  the last few weeks of 2011 were spent doing a little traveling (New York & Seattle), shopping, watching movies, a few days in school, eating lots of food, and enjoying life...as usual :) I can't believe it's been a little over a year ago since my very first blog post.  A lot has happened this year, although, I think 2010 has 2011 beat as far as being super eventful.  2011 held many good experiences, first times, last times, a little traveling, a lot of new people, some ups, some downs, a few scary moments, a TON of exciting moments, and overall..I am happy with life. 2012 will also be full of new, exciting experiences.  I can't believe I will be 24 years in just a few short months, just a minute ago I was turning 23...2011, where did you go??  I will be finishing school in July.  Looking forward to some serious traveling after that :)  We will be celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary this year!!  Gabriel will be turning tw...
